audi a4 2.0 fsi timing chain torx size

Hi, i am struggling to find the size of the torx that bolts the variator vvt to the cam? I have read some where that it is a t50 torx but this is to small?????????? Does anyone know the size or is there a special tool? Thanks

It is a polydrive #10, VW tool number T40080. I strongly suggest you do not take this out without the camshaft locking plate T10252.

Contact AST tools, they do it in their BPY engine kit so they must sell it separately.
