Difficult first and reverse

96 tdi on 193k miles.
First and reverse are very hard to engage unless I'm moving slightly, is there a bush in the linkage that could be worn and causing this?

After more searching appears to be the clutch - which bites 0.005 mm from the top, and has since I've had the car.
Will keep nursing it, and I guess it will be scrap when it finally goes, as clutch and flywheel would be same as what the car is worth.

Try bleeding it to see if improves a bit.
