going by the layout/font it looks like you have mmi 2g - current and final version is 5570

Thanks Chris, so it looks like I am one behind the latest ?

Updating to 2012 Nav maps would not automatically update the MMI software then ? I guess this is something Audi would have to do for me?


Also, is there a list of features/fixes for software update versions ?

Nope the maps don't update the firmware, just the maps ;)

You can do it yourself, the discs are very little £ but you will need a battery charger or drive around for 2-3 hours.

The only thing 5570 fixed was if you were having any issues with Bluetooth, some people have left it at your version and had no probs.

Update takes around 1-3 hours and you need at least the ignition on for this.
