How to change a fuel cap solenoid on an a4 b8

Just been told by Audi that my Solenoid has an intermitent fault, dont know how long the problem has been there as I never checked the fuel cap was locked after closing the doors through keyfob... does anyone?? Pretty sure I could pick one up somewhere but how easy are they to fit? Thanks in advance Craig
