Gearknob insert

I have just got a 2007 A3 but the plastic insert on the top of the gear stick is cracked, I have searched the net and eBay for hours but can't find anywhere to get a replacement. Anyone any ideas or will I have to replace the whole gearknob?

Buy 2nd user gearknob & either swap complete or remove insert & stick onto yours :)

Alternatively upgrade to a newer style.
