SDI Caddy Startiing Proplems

I have a 20l SDI caddy 55reg which is a sod to start after a weekend standing idle but otherwise is fine! Any ideas?

Glowplugs or relay. Try operating the glowplugs 2 or 3 times before starting

It's not the glow plugs, also overnight it's fine but if left for a weekend or longer it's a sod as if the fuel is draining back!
