My 2006 A3 2.0 tdi has been playing up lately, sometimes cuts out and then wont start again, took it to an Audi specialist who have took it on test runs and diagnostics and no problems found apart from 16786 EGR SYSTEM EXCESSIVE FLOW INTERMITTENT, they say that this fault wouldnt cause my car to cut out, does anyone know any different as im being told by some people this problem could cause my car to cut out and some people say it wouldnt effect it ?
