Hello, I am replacing one of the front brake hoses (MOT failure) and am having real trouble getting the hose to disconnect from the brake pipe that goes up into the engine bay. I've tried penetrating oil and a blowtorch but nothing is shifting. The head of the union looks likes it about to round if I apply any more pressure. Any tips - is it easier to buy a new bit of pipe - is it easy to make one witha flaring kit? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
