Hi guys car runs at 90 ,heater seems not hot enough ,i can have it on +27 for 1 hour drive at outside temp of say +8 and dont need to turn it down,i drive with it at floor vents, all cars ive had you turned it down after 15 mins ,is there a bleed to water system?flush out reqd or are heaters that poor? dead impressed with fuel econ, average 53 per gallon, guys if you need aircon regas ill do it for any of you .

Have you tried upper vents, are all the flaps moving electricly when you adjust the flow and direction?

If the cars at 90 the stats ok,if the cars cool then its either the motors are sticking(but thats unusual for both sides to stick, but not impossible)or your matrix is airlocked/or crudded up giving poor heat transfer, you could feel up by the clutch pedal thats where the pipes are to the matrix they should be one hot one, also get the hvac scanned see what faults there are.

Sounds like the matrix is blocked, this is common on the 8E A4.
