ABS, ESP, BRAKE FLASHING After Battery Disconnected

Hello everyone - I recently had a new steering angle sensor fitted to my 2004 A4 Tdi Sport as I had the esp abs and brake warnings on the dash. The car has been great since but has gone wrong again since i disconnected the battery and re connected it.

The three beeps and the warning lights have come back on. Can anyone help before I give the garage another reason to charge me £300 again.

Any advice appreciated ;)

For some reason - If the battery is disconnected my ABS Module loses its coding and throws up flashing abs esp, & brake warning lights.
