Hi all, i have recently brought a 2008 VW Touran as the wife said it was time to get something "sensible" to ferry the kids in and for her childminding work.
We have had the touran for a couple of months now and i actually quite like it but would like to upgrade the wheels as its a bit boaty on the 16"s and fancy some 18"s to fill the arches a little more.
I have seen a couple of sets of Volkswagen Scirocco 18inch Interlagos alloys which are 8x18" ET44 with 235/40 18 tyres BUT WILL THEY FIT??
Any help or advice about upgrading to 18" wheels on the touran would be appreciated!!

Thanks, Rob

According to this calculator 1010TIRES.COM - Wheel Offset Calculator (http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator#Results) you will have 13mm less inner clearance and the wheels will project a further 25mm to the outside.
