Silly question - Audi Music Interface

Guys,

If I purchase the correct USB cable to connect to the AMI box in the glovebox can I simply load a USB stick up with MP3's and control this from the centre console controls?

Is it that simple?

My 09 A4 has the Interface in the glovebox but I need the cables

As the previous poster says...it is that easy.

You can also connect a 2.5 inch hard drive to it too (although sometimes that can be problematic)
