Sorry if this is a daft question, but my first service (on variable) was due a week ago, and the first opportunity I've had to get it booked in is next week (making 2 weeks 'overdue').
Is this acceptable, or would I run into problems with warranty etc.
Thanks for you help!

There will alwaysbe a bit of flexibility .... but don't stretch it.

Thanks Scotty.
I don't intend to stretch it... I had thought that as long as you get it done within 1000 miles or 30 days of due date I should be OK, and the person I booked it in with knew when it was due and the current mileage etc, so I assumed that it was OK. Just got a bit wary that's all!
I think Audi schedule it at 19k or 2 years, is that right? I assume the variable servicing tells you to go at 2 years regardless of mileage (if less than 19k), as mine came up exactly 2 years to the day I bought it!
It'll be done well within 1000 mile (I'm on 17.5k) and the 30 days because as I say I'm only going to be over by a couple of weeks.

I wouldn't let 1 year go by without atleast an oil and filter change, let alone 2years.longlife service is rubbish and anyone who's done a full service on their car themselves Know exactly what I mean.I allways buy second hand as I don't have enough money to buy new but I try and stay well clear of any car that's been on the longlife service program. It's funny how audi recommend this longlife service schedulle whilst the car it under 3 years old and after that they recommend that you switch to fixed intervals because by than someone like me will be paying for it and not the dealers.Rant over.

Not sure what you mean. As a punter I pay regardless of whether it's in the 3 year warranty or not.
