memory loss

Hi folks
Im at that age now where i have to write every thing down or else i forget what i was doing,
unfortunately when i last did a service i didn't write the mileage down & it seems like a long time ago. I know the car will tell me when it wants a service but it's due it's mot in a month
so now would be a good time for a service, i have Vcds lite is there any way i can find out when the next service is due.

Dont think you will find much overlap between a service and an MOT, why is it a good time?

just find it helps to change oil before mot and whilst doing service have a good look around car
