800 mile club

I am very pleased that my CC 170GT 2.0 TDI just passed the 800 mile mark on a single tank.

The trip computer still advised that I had another 30 miles range but after driving at least 25 after the fuel low light came on I wasn't going to push it.

wow ... do you drive miss daisy? I rarely see more than 650 miles to a tank but then I will admit I dont drive economically ;)

Gregmeister, yes I do generally drive with a light foot,
The 25 mile M4 commute doesn't tend to be a whole lot quicker when trying to press on.
That was the first and only time that I have hit 800 though aided by a couple of 60 mile journeys

Managed just over 850 on a eurotrip in my alhambra 1.9 PD Tdi 130.
Running the fuel stop lottery at the end !
52mpg there abouts ! and can get more on occassions but rarely measure.
