80/90 B4 2.6 V6 - fluid/lubricant capacities

Hey guys, I would like to know the following capacities for the motor:

engine oil = 5.0l
cooling system = 8.0l
manual box = ???

cant be bothered to wait for my service manual (£70!!!) to turn up

also: it says in the car manual that the manual boxes never need fluid checking or replacing??? can someone confirm this. i know i will have to drain anyway if i ever need to remove driveshaft, it just seems a bit of an odd thing NOT to check

The box is filled from the factory with synthetic oil that will get it comfortably through the warranty period and beyond, as far as Audi are concerned, that is good enough to call it filled for life. I very much doubt that the oil is still offering the same level of protection all these years later.
The box takes approx 2.5L I think. 3 should def cover it.
I used Fuch's Titan sintofluid 75w 80 in my passats, it meets the same standards as the Vag g52 oil, but is cheaper. Some manuals state that GL4 (I think) oils can be used. Many of these are not synthetic and will need changing on a regular basis.
