Pollen filter changes

Hi,
Please can someone confirm that the a6 c6 has two filters? Are they both the same? And are they both accessed by removing the glove box?

Hi Richard, yes there are 2 cabin filters (same size) and the common way of replacing them is by removing the glovebox. I have heard it is possible to change them without removing the glovebox, but by just removing the panel below the glovebox to give sufficient access although I haven't tried this myself.

I can confirm you can remove the filters without dropping the glovebox (i was surprised it was going to be so involved); only tricky bit was that i used the void beyond that panel for my dension!

It made a huge impact on the airflow into the car.....
