same tuning box for 1.9 and 2.5 tdi ?

No, the 2.5 V6 TDI is a VEP engine.

If you have a VE engine then a tuning box for AEL/AAT 5 cylinder diesel engine it would fit, if a v6 or PD 1.9 tdi then it wont just like Crasher pointed...
