Fuel Flap Solenoid - pops open when unlocking car

There's been numerous postings previously on the old solenoid issue to the fuel flap of which I've had mine replaced under warranty.

Strange thing happened the other day, when unlocking the car the fuel flap popped open at the same time. This has only happened a couple of times that I can remember since I've had the solenoid replaced in May last year. I'm presuming it could be on it's way out again!

Any ideas???
