Hi guys.Just noticed my A4 makes a whats best described as sucking the end of a drink thru a straw sound during gear change(when pressing clutch). Also does it between 1000 and 2000 rpm then dissapears.Drove my mates A4 sport 6 speed last night and his does'nt do it.Also seems to have more torque but maybe thats because its the sport.Anyone any advice on this?Much appreciated and thanks for reading people..

i had a sucking noise coming from mine but it was just a loose connection onto the intercooler as the clips wear away and suck excess air in wort having a look ...

Difficult to tell the sucking noise, its not the turbo just spooling down is it?, they chatter a little bit.
I think the 6 speed and quattro have a little more torque than the 5 speed, same engine, just different mapping. Just adds to the feel of a 6 speed.
