Hello All

newb here so please bear with me if I'm being stupid. Am interested in a Dec 2007 Audi Avant Tdi (140ps) but am curious as to why there is an exhaust on either side of the car, when all of the others I've looked at have a twin, one sided arrangement.

I have read that the one-either-side arrangement is for the 170ps, but the dealer is adamant that it is a 140ps

Any help would be very much appreciated

Thanks

Pete

The previous owner probably just got it changed to the Exhaust on each side. I have a 140 but I preferred the look if the exhaust on each side, so I modified it.

Take a look in the service booklet for the car- it has the power output in kw stamped on the inside cover, so for a 140ps it will read 103kw and 170ps 125kw.
