About a month ago I had the coil packs on my Cab replaced by Audi under their enhancement programme.

On a recent drive my emissions warning light started to flash intermittently. It seemed to be when i accelerated hard in a low gear.

Have scanned for faults and have logged the following.

Address 01: Engine Labels: 06C-909-559-ASN.lbl
Part No SW: 8E0 909 559 M HW: 8E0 909 059
Component: 3.0L V6/5V 0020
Coding: 0011714
Shop #: WSC 00672 785 00200
VCID: 3F865F785127AAE4

7 Faults Found:
16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 -- 001 -- Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16689 - Cylinder 5: Misfire Detected
P0305 -- 008 -- Implausible Signal - Intermittent
16703 - SAE - Rough-Road Sensor B
P0319 -- 008 -- Implausible Signal - Intermittent
16693 - Cylinder 9: Misfire Detected
P0309 -- 008 -- Implausible Signal - Intermittent
16699 - SAE - Crankshaft Position System Variation Not Learned
P0315 -- 001 -- Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16691 - Cylinder 7: Misfire Detected
P0307 -- 001 -- Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16701 - SAE - Rough-Road Hardware Not Present
P0317 -- 001 -- Upper Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
Readiness: 0000 0000

Could this be a problem caused by the new coil packs, or is it something else?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Check to make sure that the Muppets have pressed the coil packs down squarely on the spark plug, they do require a good press down. Also I'm not sure you have cylinder 7 and 9 on the V6 :D could be something screwy with the coding?

I had a 3.0V6 ASN engine as well and used to have multiple misfires detected on multiple cylinders, but they were not related to the coils, it was either the variable valve timing actuators or the Dual mass flywheel. Either is expensive to fix and I wasn't spending crazy money on something that might have been the issue.
