Service reset

Hey all

I had a service at my local garage yesterday - I supplied the audi longlife oil, filters, etc. They reset the service light so the car does not flash service when the ignition is turned on. However, when I push the spanner button to tell me when the next service is required the are "---" againt miles and days to service. Is it possible to reset the next service interval or must that be done at audi?

The blanks are normal, give the car a couple of hundred miles to reset the interval.

It takes as much as 500 miles to show the numbers again. Mine did the exact same thing and I asked this very question.
