Passenger seat belt warning

I've activated the passenger seat belt warning with vag com but its not working. I get no light or buzzer when someones sitting in the seat. changed from euro ncap 0007418 to 0007448 euro ncap with passenger
any ideas why?

Do you have the weight sensor under the passenger seat, or it may be broken

do you no how i can check to see if i have it??

I've had a quick look under the seat but nothings jumped out at me
