Well I finally got rid of my 3.0V6 and upgraded to a 2.0TFSI quattro S-line B7. However I have some issues which are bothering me and looking for some insight to what they might be.

The first is that my clutch pedal doesn't feel smooth when lifting my foot off the clutch there is a rough feeling to it, also there is a sudden clunk when taking off in first gear, but nothing when the car is already in motion.

The second issue is a brake judder when applying the brakes at slow speeds, such as when approaching the traffic lights, I'm guessing the discs are warped but would be surprised at a 30k mile car.

My last issue is what feels like a wheel wobble at high speed, I got the wheels balanced but I'm not sure it made any difference.

Can anyone help with my issues, or point me in the right direction in what these issues are?

Cheers

Cant help with most of your questions but I do notice a slight clunk when pulling away in 1st sometimes. I put it down to a quirk in the quattro system.

Haven't noticed any of the issues you mentioned in my own car.
i'd agree that wobble does sound like warped discs but don't think mileage is an indicator of the disc condition. I had a Celica a few years back and it needed discs all round at around 35k. Great car and far from fragile but discs needed regardless.

Did you get all 4 wheels balanced? what about tracking, again for all 4 wheels? I'm not suggesting that tracking would cause the wobble but with it being 4wd it may make a difference.
The other things that could cause it are
buckled wheel
flat spot on wheel
bulge in tyre
internal (and invisible) damage to tyre.
Uncle had a volvo a few years back - pothole snapped the steel reinforcement in the tyre because it wore in a straight line across the tread. Every rotation of the wheel (before damage was evident) resulted in a vibration/wobble.

Any forum members close enough to you with a similar car to have a comparison? I'm near Lanark and could well be the closest if you were running out of options.

Did you test drive it??
Did you raise your concerns with the seller?
Have you got a warranty?

The warped disks could cause a wheel wobble feel if they were bad enough.

Yes, I test drove it and it appeared fine at the time, to be honest I didn't give it a day to day usage test. I guess its one of those things when you use the car after a while you notice these things more. I have got a warranty so I'm having checked out by an Audi specialist tomorrow so I will see what they say. The warranty only covers major mechanical parts so something tells me the brakes won't be covered.
