Audi A4 multi function steering wheel not working

hi, i have a 2006 A4 2.0l tdi i cant seem to get the multifuntion steering wheel to work at all checked the fuse my mechanic did a diagnstic on it came back with nothing and i had a friend at Audi do a diagnostic on it came back zero can anyone help plz cheers in advance

Check the green connector at the rear of the radio. Mine was loose and I had intermittent functions. Not any more.
