Had this thought in mind for months! I'm thinking to get the lower plastic trimmings resprayed, but not sure whether I should spray them in Shadow Blue or a different colour?

Suggestions please?

I seem to like it! I've seen a few 10 plate B6 models, with fully colour coded plastim trims.

I would love to get mine done but by the time you sand and prime the plastic for painting, you would be as well to buy a kit. If I was to get it done I would leave the centre piece on the rear bumper unpainted or a dark grey.

I was thinking of doing that :) Leave the rear bumper out, leave it as it is! If I stick with my plan, then I'm gona get someone else to do it (Shadow blue) or do a custom paintwork on the trimmings :D

I have made my decision, and I am going to respray the plastic trimmings in Piano Black, front plastic spoiler, side skirts, front grille, lower foglight grilles and rear lower bumper :) That is next on my list :D

Still not got any alloys zeb?! I would get it dropped and some alloys first.

If you are going for a non original paint finish you could probably do it yourself.

The BBS LM's will be fitted on 6th May, with painted calipers. The car has been lowered with Eibach springs down to 35mm. This was fitted a few months ago and is now low enough. However if I dont like the look, then I will fit FK coilovers instead.

No no no & no, step away from the rattle can Zeb, you will devalue the car if you do this, and as said above it probably won't look too good either.

Half n' half idea for you, get some tape in the colour you want and stick it over the trims, this way you will be able to see if you like it or not without doing any damage.

I mean, a friend of mines does resprays so I will get it done from him. I'm not taking the risk of doing it myself ;) I like the idea, I will see if I can find a Piano Black tape, and will see if it looks good :)
