How to remove an alternator pulley ?

Hi Guys,

I just wonder if someone knows which way alternator pulley needs to be removed (unscrewed) of alternator – clockwise or anticlockwise.

I know that I need special tool M10 spline with 33 teeth nut but not sure if turn to right or left …

Audi A4 (in signature).

From what i can remember its a normal thread, but im not 100%, also left hand threads usually have an L on the nut/shaft.
