Yep, some say Red but it is deffo Oxblood as I have the dye for it. Looks almost Burgandy, I did have an Avatar of it but it seems to have disappeared?

LoL

I work for FPUK as a consultant, we sell all engine management and emission related parts (and other stuff) - my job is to help diagnose faults using my 25+ years experience over the phone to ideally either make a sale or at least help the customer avoid fitting the wrong part. Ideal with every motor factor in the UK & Ireland and inturn perhaps 100000 garage outlets including main dealers.

There are sides to EMS that even dealer techs do not get involved in and therefore seek my help now and again, i.e ECU configaration, Eprom data etc etc... I don't have all the answers but not far off either.

Example:

Did you know on most VAG cars after 2001 (OBD-II) when you reset adaptions you have to turn the key to position 1 and leave car for a minimum of 15 minutes before you turn the ignition back on? (over 90% don't know this and as a result only get a partial reset)

However I don't know what the TPS% values should be on my 1.8T BFB, they are currently 13 to 86%, common sense says they should be 0.8-100 but do you think I can find anyone with the answer?? See .... I don't have all the answers.

P.S

My grammar is not the best so beware of poor spelling but more so don't be offended if I come across as arrogant, I really don't mean to I just tend to write it how it is!
