Remove headlight switch surround

Can someone please tell me how to remove the headlight switch surround and air vent. I'm trying to change the dimmer switch and the only way I can see to change it is by removeing the surround.

Push the knob in and turn as far to the right,you can now pull the switch out,but you do not need the switch out to replace the dimmer carefully lever switch housing out of installation frame using a flat-tip screwdriver.
