Full leather multifunction steering wheel?

I was looking at getting a new steering wheel with the radio controls built-in but I like my full leather steering wheel. All the MF steerning wheels I have seen have a simpled area on each side which I assume is rubber/foam. Is it possible to get a full leather wheel with the radio controls?

I have the multi function steering wheel.

It is dimpled on each side but I think it's leather.
Either way, I like it and it doesn't feel uncomfortable

The steering wheel will have perforated leather sections if it is the sports 3 spoke.

You can get 4 spoke leather MFSW too

Ah indeed it seems to be that the 3 spoke one is perforated and 4-spoke is full 'plain' leather. Now I just need to wait for my VagCom to arrive to see what else I need to get before I fit this mod :)
