Just got my Golf MK4 gt1.9 tdi , my first VW and very impressed.
What oil do you guys advise ? Hopeing to do an oil change tomorro

:Blush2: sorry but no such thing as an 'all rounder' for tdis... especially if its the PD, depending on the servicing regime, you need a certain grade and spec of oil, for example, my 1.9 115bhp PD on fixed interval, has to have the 505.01 spec oil ( i use castrol)

if the OP can give us a bit more info on the engine he has, im sure we'll be able to point you in the right direction;)
