has anyone ever fitted a second hand dash to a mk5 golf and then re coded it? basicly i plan to fit a highline dash in mine and ive read the how to, now all i need is someone who would be able to reprogram it after it is fitted? i do have the 4 digit SKC code for mine, i was given this after i had my new key cut and coded, from what i have read after the replacement dash is fitted you can read the old code then reprogram it with the code for my car?

i will have fitted the correct steering modual and slip ring so my MFSW will be all fitted and working

so if there is anyone who is willing to do this there is a nice amount of beer tokens on offer
