RS4 Up grades, any ideas??

Hi

This is my 1st ever post. I have a B7 RS4 which has been deregulated from the 155 limit and a milltek exhaust fitted. I have been trying to find some power up grades on the net, but all I can find is up grades that cost 20K. Has anyone got any ideas??
