Ok 1 of the blanks is for Auto-Hold, but what are the other 4 blank spaces for?

Rear sun blind, rear park sensors, sport/comfort driving, tyre pressure monitor.. Theres more though!!

Top Left : ESP
Mid Left : Auto Hold
Bottom Left : Either Parking Distance Control (parking sensors) or Park Assist (where the car parks itself)

Top Right : Tyre Pressure monitoring (there are two types)
Mid Right : Parking Distance Control or Park Assist or Adaptive suspension or button for start/stop engine
Bottom Right : Rear Blind
