Hi All
So the title says it all!
After a successful install of a Dension 100 over the weekend, 3 out of the 4 removal keys for the SATNav are now firmly stuck in place and won't budge. :zx11:
Anyone had this trouble before and know of a easy way to remove them without shredding my fingers to pieces!
I have the BNS 5.0 SATNav
Many thanks!
Andy

Have you tried taking it out again and releasing the keys a bit.?
Don't know about your head unit but on the Audi unit the keys do not need to go in that far to release.
Good luck !

I've tried taking it out and trying to release the keys but they won't budge atall, the little catch inside which holds the keys in place just won't move back far enough for me to release the keys :/

Oh dear - sorry mate it was just a thought.
Sounds like you will have to remove the case and get inside to release the keys. Bit of a stupid arrangement if you ask me.
You did use the correct keys presumably ?!!!!

ha ha yeah I used the right keys, I've used them many times before on this and never had an issue.
I did take the sat nav out last night and briefly had a look for a way in to release the keys, no real easy way once the top cover is off but will keep trying :)

Not yet Mike, but to be honest haven't had the chance last week. Will give it a shot this week and report back.

Update:
Managed to get the keys out with abit of force and a screwdriver. Obviously careful not to damage the clips. All is well :)
