Are 3dr and 5dr parcel sheves the same

As title are 3 door and 5 door 2007 parcel shelves the same ? please

I'm pretty sure they're different as the 5 door is 2-3" longer than the 3 door and most of this is in the boot area. Thread below gives different part no.s for them :-
