Is Audi the only place that supplies the mineral oil for topping up Power steering fluid ? (G4000 ?)

Halfords sell a Central Hydraulic fluid that meets the spec G002000.
The stuff Audi sell now meets spec G004000 which supercedes the earlier spec.
I've heard of owners using Citroen LHM with no issues. It is a hydraulic mineral oil which is basically what G002000 is. How close the viscosity is and the additives used is open to question..
