When is this due in terms of mileage or age? Would it e included in a service or is it carried out separately? Car is sitting at 53k :)

Thanks

I think it is every 40k, I think if your car is dealer serviced it should have been done.

Only multironic is 40 or 50K - tiptronic is lifetime ie no change......

Every 40K, just paid £145 at Audi Leicester to have the filter and oil changed, seems smoother now.

Oh really? The reason I asked was because my Tiptronic has become very jerky recently. There is no record in my service book that a change had been carried out.

The jerkyness is something I'll have to look into then

Thanks! Chris

Audi service told me the same, Tiptronic transmission does not need an oil change for life.
