hi mate the best way to do it is to drain off your coolant by taking off the bottom rad hose, then running fresh water thro the system, then put the bottom hose on, pour in a bottle of rad flush (forte is very good stuff) top up with water and run the engine making sure the heater gets hot and the fan cuts in on the rad, then being careful not to burn yourself remove the header tank cap and then drain again from the bottom hose, run clean water thro, put the bottom hose on and refil with anti freeze, run engine till heater gets hot and rad fan cuts in, allow to cool and top up header tank if needed

i would answer that with this question,
why do you need to flush it?
have you had an oil cooler failure?
oil in the water?
i would add non biological washing powder, persil, daz etc. in small quantities,
run for a week, drain whilst cold, refill with clean water and said powder, untill running clean,
and then drain and refill with g12, whatever it's called.
if you have oil in rad and needs flushing, then disconnect all hoses
and put a garden hose pipe to the radiator lower hose, to "back flush"it, with debris hopefully coming out of the rad top cap,or hose connection.

stewy.
