got the oh's sister, husband and kids over for the hols, sorry, christmas. all going well, kids on best behaviour, nice cold weather, loads of food etc. his ford cmax parked in front of my workshop, locked the bl00dy keys in the boot, the twit. deadlocked, cant see the keys, under all the pressies. RAC couldnt get to us due to the roads being too slippy, but will try to get here in the morning.
i really hat cars that lock themselves. what is the point. if you dont lock it, thats your concern, not the flippin cars. why oh why does it have to block my workshop up. :zx11:

In this weather could you not just tow it out of the way with something 4x4. It will slide easy enough on the snow. Tell them that anyway !!

we shall see what the rac can do, which is probably not a lot. i did think about towing it, but can only get to the back of it, which is sitting really low, due to all the pressies in the boot. of course it has a screw in towing point, which is in the boot, and with it being so low, makes putting a hook on the suspension almost impossible without ripping the bumper off.
edit, genious, its got a tow bar. :beerchug:

If you've got a spare fork-lift truck just roll it* over.
*The Cmax, not the fork-lift
Edit: Don't tell me, the fork-lift is in the workshop...right?!

Trolley jack the back wheels up and let it roll down the drive a bit.
Hang on - where's the trolley jack?

jobs a goodun. rac turned up in a 4wd tranny and managed to wind down one of the back windows. i presumed they were electric, but as its a poverty model, they are diy. a small child was then fed in and found the keys in the boot. gotta love the RAC.
