Excessive fuel A3 2.0 TDI

Has anyone any idea, or have cured problem, Have found no leaks or not black smoking, but very poor mpg 310 per £60 any help would be grateful

hi, i have a 2.0lt tdi 170 quattro and it only does about 29-31 mpg!!!. i think that's hellishly bad. but i have to let it off cos the cars f*****g awsome!!!:Blush::Blush::Blush:

i too have the 170 quattro - 60 quid would see me have 450 and thats on a mix of 60-40 motorway rural...

its not the greatest to be honest on fuel-but what a great car !

just baout to replace it with a 140bhp 2 wheel varient - save some money on fuel !
