Very Noob Question

Hi all

I have just got into the whole car thing, a bit late as I am 40, superbikes used to be my thing, I totally new to the whole thing, but am good with my hands and will give anything a go.

I have recently bought a 95 A4 1.9 TDI, I want to start doing it up, the first qustion I would like one of you audi gurus to answer is how do I find out which engine it is running, as in PD or whatever and the BHP.

Any advise would be most greatly appreciated.

There is a sticker in the service book or there is the same sitcker in the boot near the spear wheel.

That will also list the extras, colour code and some other info for you.
