Any one ever bought any thing from ebay.de (ebay germany)?
I've been looking at some parts for the B5 and a octavia.
I assume most parts are not LHD or RHD specific but what about plugs and possible language if its electronic parts?
Any thoughts, hints or advice?

I've used eBay Germany.
Never had any problems, although it does depend what you buy. For instance, car mats will never be any good from Germany due to being LHD over there, nor will front or rear lights (if the rear light has just 1 reverse light, as normally the reverse and fog switches sides between UK and EU cars).
Sat nav units and things won't work unless you can work out the English language setting.
The turbo I bought from Germany for my T5 van worked perfectly. :D

I know that a set of BBS RM Split Rims were about £200 cheaper on German ebay when I was looking about 6 months ago. Over here they can cost upwards of £700 (rip off), German Ebay ones can be found for ~500Euro.
