A3 2006 SE upgrades

Hi there,

I am now the proud owner of a 2006 SE A3 sportback 170bph and would like to upgrade it in the following ways:

1. leather seats
2. Parking sensors
3. Phone prep
4. Sat Nav/Ipod
5. Changing the (fake?) wood bits on the front and rear door and around the gearstick to aluminium.
6. Engine remap

Can anyone suggest a place, or places, where I can get this work done. Also I have a budget of £3000. Do you think its enough?
