Air Intake cleaning

So I plan on cleaning my air intake this weekend. Have all the guides and think I should be ok only one problem .

I don't have a new gaskets for the EGR valve I believe there is also an o ring for the EGR valve and I don't have a new gasket for the air intake manifold.

Am I better off getting all these and cleaning it again or should I be ok reusing the manifolds?

I did mine a couple of years ago, no gaskets used but lots of white spirit, bottle brushes, rubber gloves and large trays, have fun!
