Radio Interference

Hi,

I'm having problems with the radio in an A6 2004 (New Shape) when the heated rear window is on, it started happening at the weekend and seem to only happen when the rear window is turned on.

I'm thinking it must be some sort of suppressor thats gone, does anyone know how to fix it please.

Any advice helpful.

I bought a 08 plate A6 saloon from local dealer in September and found it came with the radio interference problem you describe. Car was under warranty and to fix it they ended up replacing whole window. Like you I thought it would have been something simpler but I didn't argue too much as it was free anyway. Good luck.
