hello all
i need to replace the rear pads on my b6 and was wondering if there was another way of winding the pistons back without using a genine tool.
some1 said you can use a pair of long nose pliars dont know how true that is any info welcomed

hi mate you do really need the tool to wind the caliper back, they dont cost a stupid amount to buy on, and its better then using long nose pliers, if the pliers is the only way it can be done but you could damage a caliper
something like this will be fine, you wont need all of it but the kit works on most cars so it may be a good investment for you bud

did my brakes and i didnt need any special tool just got some one to pusk while i turned it back was realy easy just remeber to turn it clockwise it should turn real easy
