That's nice. Accessories costing more than the car at a guess.
Bonnet scoop/pins suggest some serious power.
Hubcaps suggest otherwise.

With a 998cc engine, it's got 59bhp, and does 0-60 in 15.9 seconds with a top speed of 93mph. I doubt it.
Although the carbon fibre bonnet might drop the 0-60 time a bit, and the stickers would make it faster by 0.1s per sticker.

I saw similarly awful sight on the way to Tesco the other day - a silver Micra with wire wheels! It looked bloody hideous.

Funniest thing I ever saw was the most ratty looking mini metro with 4, yes and I do mean 4, baked bin tin sized exhausts poking out the back of the bumper.
I was able to outdrive it in my diesel discovery for heaven's sake.

Haha - that's actually faster to 60 than my old 2003 Polo!
