Hi,
Is this one of those cheap (ie £20) ones off Ebay? If so, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. All they are is a resistor which fools the car into thinking it is running colder than it is and provides extra fuelling. They can cause serious damage to your engine. Take a look at the following link:

The best route is either a remap, or I believe one of the more expensive tuning boxes are also ok.
Sorry, I can't help with where to fit it on though!

Hi
You don't say where you're based but, if having read the previous reply, you're now concerned about fitting the box and would prefer to go the remap route, drop me a mail. If you're not in my area I can put you in touch with a reliable remapper. I'll try and help out on pricing too so you feel a bit better about giving up the box.
The difference between an add on box and a remap is that a remap can modify the behaviour of everything in the engine including fuelling, turbo, injection timing etc. Most add on boxes can really only change fuel volume and pressure, and occassionaly, injector timings.
